Establishing positive patterns

What shows up in my life today, is a manifestation of past , president, positive or negative thought patterns. One of the key things I can control and become aware of, and pay attention to his my conscious in the moment thought patterns. I can choose to have standing at the gate of my unconscious mind a trusted guardian. When unwanted self defeating negative patterns present themselves. It is time to pause , reflect on the thought, make a conscious choice to take control and replace the unwanted thought with a much more desirable, creative positive thought , full of imagination and energy.

Many of the old worn out Scripts no longer serve today within my best interest. Being in a rut is not much better than a grave, the only difference is that the ends have been kicked out. The way out of the bondage of the old self is to allow the old self to die, by cutting the roots of the negativity tree. One has to plant a new tree, in fertile soil, one you can see and imagine to be able to bare good fruits, by being nurtured by good wholesome conscious positive thoughts. To further nurture the new tree of life, I will call upon spiritual energy, I will pray for comfort and support by asking from The Creator that he will fill me up with his all powerful life giving the Spirit. So I will be renewed in mind , body , and soul.

The transplanting of positive patterns has to be a holistic approach, the emotional will take place by changing the unwanted feelings with new behaviours. Mentally by being aware and mindfulness, generating great imaginative thoughts , leading to having a different experience. This becomes the foundation upon which to build a successful happy life, leading to fulfilment. Moment by moment, success leads to success it will become a positive cycle of growth and renewal. The Creator wants nothing but the best for me and is by my side every step of the way.

Only good can come from the expanding of one's mind. I really liked the positive prayer meditation.
